Data controller
SiN – Sammen i Norge, Myreveien 8, 3024 Drammen, is the data controller. The organisation number will be added after board confirmation.
Data and purposes
We process information you submit: name, contact details, membership choice, event registration, volunteering interests, partnership enquiries and messages. It is used only to handle that request and administer the organisation’s activities.
Legal basis
Membership data is processed where necessary for the membership relationship. Other forms are processed on the basis of your request and consent. Marketing requires separate consent.
Retention and recipients
Data is available to authorised coordinators and administrators. Final retention periods and processors must be approved and listed before launch. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing, and withdraw consent. You may also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
